Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) carefully as they apply to your purchase of the subscription and use of the website as a registered user.
By purchasing the subscription and using the website, you agree to be bound by, and comply with, the Terms & Conditions.

Registration

You must be registered as a user in order to purchase the subscription.

By registering as a user, you warrant that:

you are over the age of 18 years; You are a certified therapist or a Certified Yoga teacher

the information you have provided for purposes of registration is accurate and complete.

You may purchase the subscription by submitting an order online. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the subscription.

A legally binding contract, based on the Terms & Conditions, comes into full force and effect upon the issue of an order confirmation by us (our acceptance of your offer).

Your purchase of the subscription entitles you to access and use of the subscription content for the subscription period. The subscription cannot be shared with any other person.

The subscription content will be made available to you for use upon our issue of the order confirmation which is under the form of access to the Inner circle content pages

The description of the subscription content is as quoted on the website.

We may occasionally change the subscription content and will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice of any changes.

Price & Payment

The price of the subscription is as quoted on the website.

The price is in USD and inclusive of tax.

The price is payable in advance. We accept payment in different currencies: USD- EUROS - AUD - GPD

If we do not receive payment or payment authorisation, we may suspend or terminate your access to the subscription content.

We will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice of any change in the price of the subscription. Any change in price will only take effect on the date of renewal.

Cancellation & Refunds

By submitting an order for the purchase of the subscription, you agree that the subscription will commence immediately upon our issue of the order confirmation and that you waive your statutory right to a cooling-off period.

We may cancel the subscription if we cease to provide subscription services, in which case you will be entitled to a pro rata refund.

We may suspend or cancel your access to and use of the subscription if you are in material breach of the Terms & Conditions, in which case you will not be entitled to a refund.

By purchasing a Membership:
-
you are entering a periodic agreement which will continue until you or Sylviane James Institute terminates it in accordance with these Terms; and conditions
-
you are granted access to specified Programs and resources over the Membership Term subject to these Terms.

Memberships will run for the Membership Term and cannot be terminated early other than in accordance with this Agreement or law.

In order to purchase a Membership you must;
-
create an account with us on our Platform;
-
provide us with all information reasonably required to process your Membership. All personal information collected by us is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials or codes relevant to your Membership
-
Programs and Classes will run according to Sylviane James directions and content.

Memberships, Programs and Classes are not transferable to another individual, and cannot be used by another person

We may take and use video and audio recordings of our classes and events
-
You agree that Sylviane James and its Associated Entities have the right to use those recording for education purposes or marketing purposes and use them in any or all media worldwide (including online or physical publications in any place) at any time and without payment of compensation to yourself.

If you have any issues or concerns about the way in which your Recordings are being used, please let your us know, and we will endeavour to remove it from our online content or (if on physical materials) to no longer use the Recording on our future publications/printings of the materials.

By purchasing a Membership and providing a payment method (e.g. your credit card), you explicitly give Sylviane James the authority to charge your applicable Membership Fee on a monthly basis, or for the minimum term according to the term of your Membership

You must ensure that you have the required amount in your bank account on the scheduled payment date.

Payments are normally processed on the day of the week in which you purchased the Membership, unless otherwise elected by Sylviane james.

How your Membership will renew at the end of the term

Your Membership will automatically renew and continue, and Membership Fees will be payable, until you cancel your Membership with two weeks’ written notice after the initial commitment period prescribed in the Membership.

To Cancel your membership so it does not renew, you must send an email with details of your name, email we have on file for you, cancellation date request and reason for cancelling.

Non-compliant cancellations will not be valid or applicable.

Once your Membership is cancelled, you will lose the right to access the Inner Circle platform and content or to attend Classes until you purchase a new Membership

Availability

Whilst we make a reasonable effort to ensure that the website and subscription content is secure and available for use, we do not guarantee that the website and subscription content will be:

available at all times and accessible on all devices;

continuously accessible by you; and
-
free from minor errors, viruses, or malware.

You are responsible for the configuration of your device in order to access the website

and subscription content, as well as the installation of up-to-date and effective

antivirus software.

We may suspend, withdraw, or discontinue all or any part of the website at any time.

We shall not be liable for any breach of the Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, provided that prompt notice is given. Force majeure includes (without limitation) civil commotion, war and terrorist action, state action, industrial action, natural disasters and public health disasters.

Any rights or remedies under the Terms & Conditions shall not be conferred upon or enforceable by a third party.
