This comprehensive Yoga course covers fundamental Asanas in each of the 5 series: standing, sitting (forward bends & twists), back bends, inversion and restorative, using Props. So if you are Practicing, Teaching or want to help your students in pain, this course is for you. Props (brick, chair, belt, bolster, blanket and wall as well as working in pairs) are powerful practice and therapeutic tools. They can be used in class and in 1-1 therapy/coaching. This course is led by Sylviane James Senior Yoga teacher with 30 years experience in Iyengar Style Yoga.
