It is, to some extent, connected to therapeutic modalities but it is strictly about changing perceptions and implementing new behaviours. Coaching is all about the forward movement

I will help you access inner resources and insights into the forward movement of your personal goals. In essence, we will unlock your potential and so you can design your ideal life. Some examples where coaching can be used for are: improving your relationships and communication in personal or professional life, enhancing your leadership qualities at work, finding your purpose, building a new business, moving past personal crisis into a new life.
